GKFF is constructing a geothermal well field to supply ground source heat pumps in the Tulsa Paper Company building and the Arts and Humanities Council’s Hardesty Arts Center. With 120, 500-foot wells, the field will provide approximately 600 tons of low-cost, low-emission heating and cooling, reducing the long-term operating costs of the nonprofit tenants of the buildings.
