In 2009, GKFF renovated the former Westinghouse building to create subsidized housing for Teach For America teachers and staff in Brady Arts District. Eight loft apartments were designed and constructed between in 2010 at 307 East Brady Street. In 2011, an additional 12 apartments were constructed at 214 North Main Street, just one block from the historic Cain’s Ballroom and Brady Theatre.
